CADES is the leading central purchasing agency for hospitals in French-speaking Switzerland and is developing its offering for retirement homes.

challenge

To galvanise the offering and specify the services dedicated to different audiences. To create three brands, separating out the offering for hospitals and care homes for the elderly and people with disabilities.

Rebranding of CADES and creation of two sub-brands CADHOP and CADHOM. Definition of a global universe that is divided into different segments.

CADES negotiates wholesale prices with suppliers and offers institutions optimised purchasing solutions. This intermediary role has given it an overly administrative, almost old-fashioned image.

The agency rethinks the brand and encourages it to get closer to its users. The know-how of the practitioners and ultimately the well-being of the residents depends on the equipment. Complementarity is at the heart of the brand's message. The brand moves closer to its audience, bringing together suppliers and professionals to better understand the needs of the institutions. A living, profoundly human universe framed by a defined brand architecture.
